PROMOTIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to promotions, Flash Offers, special events, limited-time offers, promotional packages, gift-with-purchase offers, and other promotional opportunities offered by Skin Savvy Medical Group Incorporated (“Skin Savvy”).
Each promotion may include additional offer-specific terms. By purchasing or redeeming a promotion, you agree to these general Promotional Terms and any additional terms presented with the specific offer.
If offer-specific terms differ from these general Promotional Terms, the offer-specific terms will control for that promotion.
1. Promotional Period
Promotions are valid only during the purchase or redemption dates stated in the specific offer.
Skin Savvy may limit the number of promotional purchases available or end an offer when the available quantity has been sold.
Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to purchases made before or after the stated promotional purchase period unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Flash Offers
Offers identified as Flash Offers are final sale and are not eligible for refund except where otherwise required by law or expressly stated in the offer.
The final-sale condition will be disclosed with the applicable Flash Offer.
3. Treatment Eligibility
Purchase of a promotional treatment does not guarantee medical or clinical eligibility for that treatment.
All treatments remain subject to appropriate evaluation and provider approval.
If a Skin Savvy provider determines that a purchased promotional treatment is not medically appropriate, Skin Savvy will work with the patient to determine available options consistent with the offer terms and applicable law.
4. Combining Offers
Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional offers may not be combined with:
Other promotions or special offers
Membership discounts
Promotional codes
Other complimentary services or promotional benefits
Only one applicable promotional offer or discount may be used toward the same treatment or transaction unless Skin Savvy expressly states otherwise.
5. Existing Purchases
Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases, completed treatments, existing balances, or transactions made outside the stated promotional period unless expressly stated otherwise.
6. Promotional Value
Complimentary, bonus, or promotional value has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
Promotional or complimentary value may be subject to a redemption period, expiration date, service restriction, or other conditions where permitted by law.
Any applicable restrictions will be disclosed with the specific promotion.
7. Gift Cards
Promotions involving the purchase of gift cards may include additional promotional or complimentary value.
The amount paid for a gift card and any additional promotional value may be subject to different terms as permitted by applicable law.
Purchased gift-card value is governed by applicable California law.
Any restrictions applicable to promotional or complimentary value will be disclosed as part of the offer.
8. Packages and Series
When a promotion includes multiple treatments or a treatment series, the package is intended to be used according to the recommended treatment schedule whenever clinically appropriate.
Individual treatment results vary, and purchasing a package does not guarantee a particular outcome.
Any applicable redemption period or package-specific conditions will be disclosed with the offer.
9. Complimentary Treatments or Add-Ons
Some promotions may include a complimentary treatment, product, add-on, or other benefit.
Complimentary benefits:
Have no cash value
Cannot be exchanged for cash
Are subject to clinical eligibility when applicable
May be subject to provider, location, or scheduling availability
May be subject to an applicable redemption period
Cannot be substituted unless expressly permitted by Skin Savvy
10. Neurotoxin, Injectable & Treatment Quantities
When an offer includes a stated number of units, syringes, vials, treatments, or other quantities, the quantity included is limited to what is specified in the offer.
Clinical treatment decisions remain subject to provider evaluation.
Unused promotional quantities or complimentary portions do not have cash value unless otherwise expressly stated or required by law.
11. Appointments & Availability
Purchasing a promotion does not guarantee a particular appointment date, time, provider, or Skin Savvy location unless expressly included in the offer.
Appointments are subject to availability.
Patients are encouraged to schedule within any stated redemption period.
Skin Savvy’s standard appointment cancellation and rescheduling policies continue to apply to appointments booked using promotional purchases.
12. Transfers
Promotional purchases are intended for the original purchaser unless the specific offer expressly states that the purchase may be transferred or gifted.
Gift cards may be subject to separate rules.
13. Memberships
Membership discounts and benefits generally may not be combined with promotional pricing unless the specific promotion expressly states otherwise.
Membership contributions, balances, benefits, or other membership features are governed by the applicable membership agreement.
14. Errors and Misuse
Skin Savvy reserves the right to correct typographical, technical, pricing, or publishing errors associated with a promotion as permitted by law.
Skin Savvy may refuse or cancel a promotional transaction in cases of fraud, unauthorized resale, duplicate redemption, misuse of an offer, or other activity inconsistent with the stated promotional terms, subject to applicable law.
15. Results
Individual results vary.
Promotional pricing does not alter the risks, benefits, expected outcomes, limitations, or clinical considerations associated with a treatment.
No specific treatment result is guaranteed.
16. Changes or Cancellation of Promotions
Skin Savvy may modify, suspend, or discontinue a promotion before purchase when appropriate and permitted by law.
Once a purchase has been completed, the terms presented in connection with that purchase will continue to govern that transaction except as otherwise permitted or required by law.
