These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern text messages sent by or on behalf of Skin Savvy Medical Group Incorporated (“Skin Savvy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive text messages from Skin Savvy, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Types of Messages

Depending on how you interact with Skin Savvy and the permissions you provide, text messages may include:

Marketing consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Skin Savvy is not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

5. How to Opt Out

You may withdraw your consent to receive applicable text messages at any time.

Reply STOP to a Skin Savvy text message to opt out.

We will also honor other reasonable requests communicating that you want applicable text messages to stop, as required by law.

After an opt-out request, you may receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your request.

You may subsequently opt back in by completing an appropriate Skin Savvy SMS signup process or otherwise providing valid consent.

7. Mobile Number Changes

You are responsible for providing an accurate mobile number.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message delivery may be affected by your mobile carrier, device, service availability, or other factors outside Skin Savvy’s control.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

Information collected through our SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We do not sell your mobile phone number for monetary compensation.

Information may be processed by service providers that help Skin Savvy operate its communications systems, including technology providers used to deliver and manage text messages.

10. Healthcare Information

SMS is not intended for emergencies.

Do not use marketing text messages to communicate urgent medical concerns.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek appropriate emergency medical attention.

Because ordinary SMS communications may have privacy and security limitations, please use the patient communication methods provided by Skin Savvy when you need to communicate sensitive medical or treatment information.

11. Eligibility

By opting in, you represent that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided or otherwise have permission to receive messages at that number.

12. Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms periodically to reflect changes to our messaging program, technology, business practices, or applicable requirements.

When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date above.
